Future Opening: Server

Come join our team in Encinitas and help bring a little bit of France to southern California!

We are looking for an experienced server to join our team at Versailles Cafe and Pastries! You must have at least 1 full year of recent serving or restaurant experience, and you must love creating great customer experiences to be successful within this role. The ability to work on weekends is preferred. Barista experience is a plus.

We look for outgoing, bright, vibrant people who share in our passion for customer service and and community. Our ideal candidate moves with a strong sense of urgency, has the ability to multitask, and is extremely efficient. You must be able to work at a very fast pace, while simultaneously offering exceptional customer service. Since we are a true french cafe, candidates who can speak French are preferred, but it is not obligatory.

Responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks and food menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. Preparing the drinks, running the food and ensuring guest satisfaction at every table. You must be reliable and responsible, as well as amazing with customers!
